Great Experience
I just wanted to say that the Galaxy Drive In Theatre was a great experience. I took my wife and two kids and we put an air mattress in the back of the truck and had a great time. The environment was great with kids playing and oldie music going on in the background before the movie. I had to drive an hour to get to the theatre, but I am more than willing to travel back. Good family entertainment. The prices were great also.

Family First
My Husband and I took our two daughters and friends to their first ever Drive In Movie. It was our first time at Galaxy and everything was just perfect. We will absolutely be going back again and again. Kids loved it. Brought back memories for hubby and I. Thanks for bringing back the BEST way to view movies.

Outdoor Movie Theatre
Ooh!!! This movie theatre is very cool. I think this is a good way to spend time with your family ad friends. You just come and relax in your car or in the back of it and enjoy. My family and I live in Cedar Hill and it takes us about 45 minutes to drive all the way out to Ennis but it is worth the drive. Thanks for keeping the outdoor movie theatre alive.

Best experience ever
I think this is the coolest way to see a movie I live in Mansfield and we drive about 40 minutes to see movies here it's a great experience the prices are great and you don't have to deal with people going shhhhhhh.

New family spot
My husband and I were there on Friday night for our "date/movie night" and had such a great time. I had never been to a drive-in before but my husband went many times with his parents and remembered how much fun he and his sister always had. Your drive-in took him back to those days. We absolutely loved the whole experience and can't wait to be back and bring our kids. We told our 8 year old about it and she can't wait for us all to go.

Love what you have done!!!
We went to your drive in last night. We just loved what you have done to the place. The minature golf area is so adorable. We could not keep our eyes off the lights from it before the show started. BTW, your nachos are to die for, your jumbo popcorn was not only some of the best popcorn I have ever had, but it was enough to feed an army!!! Keep up the great work. We will be returing soon!

Wonderful Experience!
I surprised my husband on his birthday last March and took him to your drive-in for an old fashioned date. We enjoyed it so much and wanted to take our daughter. We wanted her to experience what it was like when we were kids and the whole family would load up in the car and go to the drive-in movie. We were there on Saturday night and she absolutely loved it and wants to visit again! Coming to your drive-in has now been added to our list of fun things to do on the weekend!

Super Grand
I love the drive in, a great part of my teen years were spent at the drive in. Now introducing my grand children to the fun of a drive in theater is one of the best times. When one ask what is a drive in we get in the car and go. Thank you for bring something back that has dearly been missed by many of us baby boomers. Thank you for opening up this driveIn theatre! It is great to have this to go to from the 50's & 60's! My husband, 15 year old dauschund and I really enjoy a night out at the drivein! Food is great!

First Drive-in Experience
My husband and I just went to the Galaxy drive in and it was awesome. We had never been to one before and really loved it. I esp loved the food and the mini golf. It quickly became one of my favorite things to do in the Dallas area. We'll be back soon and often. Thanks!

FUN
My husband and I took our three boys to see Alvin and the Chipmunks--they had a great time! The snack bar is inexpensive, but could be a little bigger. We hope you have much success and we will be coming back!

Texas Drive Ins
Hi , we have visited the Galaxy before and it is fun to go to , I do wish the snack bar had some better choices. I have been to the Sky-Vue Drive In in Tyler Texas and they have some great pizza. Drive Ins are great Family fun ..

Old movie night
We have been enjoying your drive in since you opened and thank you for being there. I was wondering if you take suggestions? How about once a month you show old movies that use to be shown at drive-ins? I was thinking Elvis, Beach Party series, even Casa Blanca or old 60's movies. Even have a cartoon before each movie like they use to show. First time I even saw a Pink Panther cartoon was at one of the drive-in at Sweetwater Texas.

Good to See the Galaxy Alive and Well
Wow! I stumbled across your site while looking at the long-lost Michigan drive-ins. I remember the Galaxy Drive-In when I was a kid. The last movie I saw there was Top Gun with my parents in 1986 (was closed and torn down the next year). I was struck by the similarity of the old Galaxy and the new. If I ever get a chance to go down there, I will have to drop in for a movie! I miss the old drive-ins! RIP Galaxy Drive-In (Madison Heights, MI), RIP Gratiot Drive-In, RIP Bel-Air Drive-In, and RIP Mt. Clemens Drive-In. Long live the new Galaxy in Texas! - Mike from Michigan

Kids again
My husband and kids had never been to a drive in. I was raised in California so I had been many times. When I found out there was one only 45 min. away from me I had to take my family. They love it and we go at least twice a month. Thank you and I hope you get to stay around for many for years!!!!

Restroom and Snack Bar need improvement
We come pretty often and enjoy being able to set in the car, and not have to deal with some of what you put up with at the indoor theaters. I don't want to sound overly negative, because we do enjoy the place and want it to be a success for many years, however I have got to mention that when possible some kind of improvement needs to be made as far increasing the size and improving the quality of the restrooms and a few ways the snack bar might run a touch better. Again, I don't want to sound overly negative as it makes for fun way to watch a movie and I hope the place has continued success. I have to say we will likely come more often when some minor improvements are made.

Excited
My fiance' told me today about your drive-in and I couldn't believe one still actually exists. I used to go with my parents to the drive-in in Terrell, Texas when I was young and it brings back such great memories. My daughter is 8 and I can't wait to take her. We will be visiting often.
